1. I don't have a PayPal account. How can I pay the amount?

You can pay the amount by any credit card through PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account. Please follow the payment procedure below during checkout.

  • Click ' Continue' at shipping method.
  • Click ' Continue' at payment method.
  • Click ' Confirm Order' at order confirmation.
  • Click ' Don't have a PayPal account?' right below.
  • Select 'Country' and fill in 'Card number and expiration date, Security code from your credit card, telephone and email.'
  • Click 'Review and Continue'

 

2. I can't see my order history.

You will not be able to see your order history unless you click "Return to merchant (email address)" after your payment in Paypal. We receive the order details from our system and the money from Paypal but the order will not be recorded in our system if you don't click "Return to merchant". However, we will still receive all the information about your order even if you cannot see your order history.

 

3. I can't find the item I want to buy.

Please contact us at info@finderskeepersgift.com. We will let you know the availability.

 

4. I have ordered from your site before, but I can't login. I still have the same email address.

In 2011, we changed our hosting server. Please re-register at our site with your email address.
